Does a minimum order quantity change the price per mg?

Read the two 100 mg rows against each other. Ten 10 mg vials cost $1,000 and five 20 mg vials cost $975 for identical material, a $25 gap, or 2.5% ($0.25 of $10.00). That 2.5% is the entire size penalty, and it is small enough that a seller’s MOQ on the small vial rarely matters as much as buyers assume. Unit minimums or dollar minimums: which is harder to clear?

The cheapest cart that clears a $250 floor is one of each size: $195 + $100 = $295 for 30 mg, which is $295 ÷ 30 = $9.83/mg. Is a two-vial minimum large or small against a real protocol?
